Quesadillas are super easy to make and delicious too!  Check out this recipe  from the Taste of Home Website


Ingredients

4 flour tortillas (8 inches), warmed

1-1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

1/2 cup salsa


Directions

1. Place the tortillas on a greased baking sheet. Combine the cheese and salsa; spread over half of each tortilla. Fold over.

2. Broil 4 in. from the heat for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Cut into wedges.

Get the morning started right with this super simple four-ingredient parfait. Try chunky or flavored applesauce for easy variations

This recipe is from the Taste of Home website

Ingredients

1 cup sweetened applesauce

Dash ground nutmeg

1/2 cup granola with raisins

1-1/3 cups vanilla yogurt


Directions

In a small bowl, combine applesauce and nutmeg. Spoon 1 tablespoon granola into each of 4 parfait glasses. 

Layer each with 1/3 cup yogurt and 1/4 cup applesauce;

sprinkle with remaining granola.

Serve immediately.
