Athletic Challenges: Complete any of the following challenges and then post a video and challenge someone else! How many can you do?!
For any of these challenges, go for as long as you can! Then post the video of your best time/amount. The challenge will be to beat the record that you sent!
1. Spin a basketball on your finger for 10+ seconds
2. Juggle (with hands) for 10+ seconds
3. Juggle a ball with your feet 5+ times
4. Do 3+ pull ups
5. Stay in a handstand for 5+ seconds
6. Dribble a basketball through your legs 10 times in a row
7. Hula hoop for 1+ minute
8. Make 2 backwards basketball shots in(if you have a basketball hoop) from a minimum of 10 feet away
9. Jump rope for 1 1/2+ minutes without messing up
10. Come up with your own challenge, (must be reasonable), and challenge others!!!
