How will you know?


We will disseminate info. 2 ways:

1.    Please tune to a local news station for school/Club closings

Scenario:


1.  If school is cancelled due to weather, the Club will be closed

2.  If school has a delay, the Club will also have a delayed opening.

3. If school is dismissed early OR if "After school activities are cancelled”:
•    Child Care:  we will pick up your child at the early dismissal time
•    Open Door : We will be open for the walkers to go someplace safely

 •    All other Activities: Will be cancelled 

If your child arrives at the Club for Childcare or Open Door and we announce a closure, we will attempt to reach you via the contact numbers on file (please make sure all numbers are up to date)

If you cannot be reached, please be aware of changes in the weather and check in with the Club as soon as possible.
